the servers ive been mod in is never on anymore so i take it they shut it down

i would love to be a mod cause ive never been one before. I have been trying my hardest to help people out by giving them advice and money. i dont play real runescape so i dont have an account but if i did i would give any lvl account for the job of being a mod.
